From the outer Norwich ring road follow the signs towards Wroxham (A1151) to leave on the Sprowston Road. Follow the A1151 for approximately 8 miles, passing through Wroxham until 2 mini roundabouts. At the second mini roundabout take a right turn onto the A1062 signposted Potter Heigham, Horning, Ludham. Continue for approximately 2 miles. At the Horning crossroads, turn right into Horning Village Lower Street. The village is about 1 mile long, Boy's Own Cottage can be found in the centre of the village in a turning on the right hand side just before the New Inn pub.
