Accommodation

Overlooking the river, the lounge/diner is light and sunny and is equipped with all home comforts including Freeview TV / DVD / CD Player. The cottage now also offers free wi-fi broadband internet connection and telephone.

The dining area has a table and six chairs and has french doors opening out onto the wonderful riverside garden with garden furniture and gas BBQ. 

The modern galley-style fitted kitchen has granite worktops, large range-type gas cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

The cottage sleeps up to 7 in 3 bedrooms and will ideally suit up to 6 adults plus one child using the single sofa-bed in the twin bedroom.

One double bedroom with TV and the family bathroom with bath, shower over bath, basin and WC are located downstairs, making the cottage suitable for elderly visitors.

Upstairs is a further double bedroom with washbasin, en-suite WC and TV and one twin room with washbasin and TV. All 3 bedrooms have river views.

Gas central heating is included. Bed linen is also included, but please bring your own towels.

Outside there is parking for 2 cars.

Fishing directly from the garden is permitted in season. Licences are available from the Post Office in the village. 

A small dingy with a selection of life jackets is also provided. The dingy will take a small outboard engine so please feel free to bring one and your own life jackets if you have them - but please remember use is entirely at your own risk !
